contractors who strive to be the best of the
best. You should have had everything about your
work completely explained to you and been
offered a written guarantee. You should be glad
you chose to use an NPCA member contractor. We
want your feedback so we can be sure we are
achieving that goal.
If Your
Experience was not everything you expected:
We want to know (as do our members) where there
is room for improvement. AND in the rare case
someone has had a very unsatisfactory experience
you are welcome to use our arbitration policy
with our members to attempt to resolve any
outstanding problems.
